Taking part costs 250,000 Danish kroner, about 33,000 euro. In practice most teams cover it through the funding: SoundInvest offers a convertible loan alongside the programme, and the fee is paid from that. What the fee covers is the camps, the specialist hours, access to accredited test facilities, the biweekly one-to-one work across all three tracks, and the partner network. NOTE TO SOUND HUB: soundhub.dk states a loan of 1,000,000 DKK while soundinvest.dk states 750,000 DKK plus a 250,000 DKK fee. Confirm which is correct before this goes live.
Not for taking part. Participation itself does not cost you equity. Funding is a separate conversation: SoundInvest offers a convertible loan, and a convertible loan converts to equity on agreed terms if you take it. Taking the programme does not oblige you to take the loan.
Six months in total. Three camps in Struer where the team is out of daily operations completely, six sprints in between, and a one-to-one with the core team every second week. Teams that treat the sprints as optional get the least out of the programme.
No, but you have to be here for the camps. Many teams also use a desk in the coworking space between camps to stay close to the specialists and the test facilities. Struer is roughly one hour from three airports.

We read every application. If there is a fit, we set up a conversation with the core team to understand the product and the ambition. Selected teams are told before the cohort starts, so you can plan the six months properly.
Startups and scaleups from anywhere, as long as sound or acoustics is core to the product and the team can commit. The cohorts have included teams from across Europe and beyond. The programme runs in English.
You are not shut out. Membership, the coworking space, the makerspace and the test facilities are open outside the programme, and many teams apply again for a later cohort with a stronger case.
